Refund Policy

At Replytone, we stand behind our marketing service, but we also enforce strict guidelines to prevent the exploitation of our network resources. By purchasing any plan on Replytone, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms.

1. General No-Refund Policy (Starter and Growth Plans)

For the Starter Plan and the Growth Plan (the first two standard plans):

• All sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credits under any circumstances, including change of mind, failure to submit campaign parameters, or dissatisfaction with organic Reddit platform moderation (deleted posts/comments).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard to prevent future billing. No further charges will occur after cancellation.

2. The "Full Presence" 100k Impressions Guarantee & Refund Exceptions

The Full Presence Plan (our premium plan) includes a specific growth guarantee. If our network genuinely cannot help you get organic exposure on Reddit, we will refund you.

We guarantee that running your campaign on our "Full Presence" plan using our network of accounts will generate a minimum of 100,000 organic post or comment impressions on Reddit within 30 days of active service. If we do not hit this target, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your purchase, subject to the strict anti-abuse conditions below.

3. Strict Anti-Abuse Conditions for the 100k Impressions Refund

To prevent users from extracting massive organic traffic from our accounts and then claiming a false refund, you must meet all of the following criteria to qualify for a refund under the 100k Impressions Guarantee:

1. Active Campaign Submission: You must have submitted your target URLs, keyword parameters, and campaign configurations, allowing our system to run active promotions during your billing cycle.
2. Product & URL Suitability: The website, landing page, or product you are promoting must be fully live, accessible, and suitable for Reddit marketing. We do not issue refunds if your campaign fails because your website was offline, broken, or lacked a landing page.
3. No Domain Flags or Bans:The domain/link you are promoting must not be blacklisted, blocked, or flagged by Reddit's global domain filter. If Reddit automatically deletes comments containing your link because your domain has a bad reputation or was flagged for spam elsewhere, this does not qualify for a refund.
4. No Restricted Niches: Your product or service must not fall under any restricted categories (such as adult content, gambling, crypto/scams, or pharmaceutical sales). Campaigns flagged and stopped due to promoting restricted niches are completely non-refundable.
5. Step 1 Consultation Requirement: Before requesting a refund, you must contact our team via the dashboard chat or at replytoneapp@gmail.com to let us review your keywords, optimize your campaign targets, and adjust our account posting patterns. You must allow at least 3 business days after this consultation for our adjustments to take effect.
6. Impression Evidence: You must provide clear, unedited screenshots of your campaign analytics dashboard or website referral traffic demonstrating that the promotions run by our network failed to generate 100,000 combined organic impressions.
7. Request Window: The refund request must be submitted via email to replytoneapp@gmail.com between day 30 and day 37 following your initial purchase.
8. One-Lifetime Limit: The 100k Impressions Guarantee is limited to exactly one (1) refund per customer, company, or credit card entity. Once you receive a refund, you are permanently ineligible for any future refunds from Replytone.
