  • Account Information: When you sign up via Clerk (our authentication partner), we collect your email address, full name, and profile picture (if prefilled by signing in with Google).
  • Billing & Payment Data: To process your subscription, billing data is securely collected and processed by our third-party payment gateway, Dodo Payments. Replytone never stores, accesses, or processes your credit card numbers, CVVs, or billing credentials directly.
  • Campaign Materials: We collect and store the target URLs, keywords, and description text you provide us to construct and run your campaigns.
  • No Reddit Credentials Needed: We never collect or ask for your Reddit login credentials. Because all posts are published using our own network of accounts, your personal Reddit account remains completely disconnected and secure.
  • Log Data: Like most cloud services, Replytone collects automatic log files when you visit. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamps, referring/exit pages, and the number of clicks. This data is non-personally identifiable and is used purely for security, error debugging, and service optimization.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Replytone dashboard.
  • Improve, personalize, and expand our post generation algorithms.
  • Process payment transactions and prevent fraud via Dodo Payments.
  • Send you critical account notifications, billing receipts, and product updates.
  • Ensure compliance with our Terms of Service.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us run our service:

  • Clerk (Authentication): To manage secure user registration and login sessions.
  • Dodo Payments (Payments): To process subscriptions, manage tax compliance, and process payouts.
  • MongoDB Atlas (Database): To securely store app configurations, logs, and generated strategies in encrypted cloud storage.
  • AI Processing APIs: Text prompts may be processed securely through large language model providers (like OpenAI or Google Gemini) to generate your customized marketing suggestions. No personally identifying information is passed to these APIs.
